Quick Guide

How to use EstimatePro ERP
  1. Set up your company
    Open Profile → add company name, logo, address, phone & signature. These print on every quotation.
  2. Check your rates
    Open Master Rates and set material & labour rates for your area. Every estimate uses these — set once.
  3. Build an estimate
    Pick a work category (RCC, Brick, Plaster…), enter dimensions — quantities & material costs calculate instantly. Add items to the BOQ.
  4. Make a quotation
    Open BOQ / Quotation, add client details, apply discount/VAT, then Print / PDF or share on WhatsApp.
  5. Save projects & back up
    Save each estimate as a Project to track clients & advances. Regularly Export a backup (Profile → Data) to keep your data safe.
